KNIFEMAKER

Throughout my work, I have experimented with several mediums such as leather, clay, cabinetmaking, stained glass, sheet metal, wrought iron, welding sculpture and forging. All these works led me to knifemaking. I then worked on the fragility and tensions of wood and steel, which allows me to create works that are an extension of the arm, using the hand as an intermediary. This dualism, this continual quest, motivates me to seek the maximum tension in the union of steel and wood.
