Return and Refund Policy

Returns

If an item purchased from our online store does not suit you, you may request a return within fifteen days of its receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned:

• in its original condition;

• unused;

• in its original packaging, where applicable;

• accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a damaged or defective product received.

Items not eligible for return or refund

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• gift cards;

• items identified as "non-refundable item" on their product page;

• any personalized, custom-made, or customer-specification item;

• any item returned in a condition other than its original condition.

Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or non-conforming product, please contact our customer service within seven days of receiving your order, providing a description of the problem and, when possible, photographs of the product.

After verification, we may, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws, proceed with a replacement, repair, or refund.

Refunds

Once the product is returned and inspected, we will inform you of the acceptance or refusal of your refund request.

When a refund is approved, it is processed within a maximum of seven business days following the refund confirmation. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

The refund is made using the payment method used during the purchase.

In the case of a purchase paid in whole or in part using a gift card, the corresponding amount will be refunded in the form of a gift card.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Order cancellation

A cancellation request can be made free of charge as long as the order has not been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, it is subject to this return and refund policy.
