DETAILS:
- Juice groove collects liquid for soup, salsa, or sauce.
- Curved surface: use with a curved, paring, or chef’s knife to cut herbs or nuts, slice tomatoes or meat, while keeping pieces together.
- Flat surface can be used as a breadboard or as a trivet for a pot or teapot.
- Designed and manufactured in Quebec from hard maple wood.
MATERIALS: Hard maple
DIMENSIONS: 22 x 33 x 5 cm
CARE: After use, wash in warm soapy water. Rinse and let dry. Dishwashing is strongly discouraged, as the drying cycle can dull and crack the wood. When needed, polish with fine steel wool or sandpaper, rinse and buff with a little of our Poli-Bois® applied by hand.
